Become a dementia befriender Role details Volunteers will be matched with a cared-for person who has dementia and will visit them in their home or take them out in the local area for 2 hours on a regular basis. This valuable service will provide carers in your community with a break from their responsibilities, whilst giving the cared for person the chance to befriend someone new and engage with shared interests.
