Tony Bennett - Chief Executive
Tony has been a Chief Executive of several commercial and not-for profit organisations. Recent charity experience has included Woking Mind and Kingston Carers. He is passionate about helping those with dementia and their families and carers as he has had all too much recent experience of dementia within his own family.
Outside work, Tony is married with two sons. He has recently become a fan of visiting the gym and plays quite a lot of tennis (badly!).
Donna Frempong - Head of Dementia Outreach
Donna has worked with Dementia Concern for 15 years in a number of different roles. She started out as a Dementia Advisor, then a Dementia Link Worker (DLW) and following that she had a joint role of DLW and Manager of the Safe At Home Service. More recently She was appointed to Head of Dementia Outreach.
Before working with Dementia Concern, she worked for 8 years with a local NHS Trust. she studied BSc Health and Psychology and she also holds a level 3 Advanced qualification in Health and Social Care. Alongside this, she holds a level 3 Mental Health certificate as well as a Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) certificate.
Dementia has always been an area close to her heart because of personal family experience and she believes that it is possible to live well with with a diagnosis of Dementia as long as the right support is given at the right time.
Bina Chinneya - Finance Manager
Bina has extensive experience in the finance industry, including bookkeeping, payroll and internal controls.
Bina manages financial records, monitors cash flow, and enhances cost-control processes. She is committed to maintaining financial accuracy whilst supporting Dementia Concern's journey towards greater efficiency and growth, underpinned by financial sustainability.
